Ghost 2 / 3 and Ghost 2 / 3 Pro CanBUS immobilisation.

The Autowatch Ghost 2 / 3 immobiliser is specifically designed to prevent vehicle theft. This is done by electronically disabling the engine’s ignition system using the vehicles CAN Bus network.

This is how they Work?
The immobiliser integrates with the CAN Bus system (Controller Area Network) and blocks any unauthorized starts. In some cases, the Ghost will also lock the gearbox selector. When active it interrupts the communication between the engine control unit (the ECU) and the vehicles other essential running components. This effectively immobilises the vehicle until it gets the proper authorization. This is done by pushing a pre-selected sequence of buttons that are already in the vehicle. Phone Apps and Paired Tags can also be used.

What Type of Ghost Do You Need?
The system you need will depend on your vehicle’s Make, Model and its Year. During installation inserting the correct .HEX files is crucial. This ensures proper functionality and total security.
